We are here to educate our patients, inform them of the best options using the latest techniques and state-of-the-art technology to improve their self-confidence, and make smiling easier than ever.

We provide gentle, family oriented dental care to adults and children. We utilize the best equipment sterilization techniques available in dentistry today. In addition to general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, we work with specialists in Periodontics (gum diseases), Implant dentistry and Endodontics (root canal treatments) and other specialists. With this team we emphasize comprehensive care, quality and preventive dentistry.

Dr. James E. Forbes D.D.S.

I have been practicing dentistry since 1980 and am a graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco.

Dr. Kristen M. Forbes D.D.S.

I am so excited to be joining my father, Dr. James E. Forbes, in his Berkeley dental practice of over 30 years.

Mary Chung Dental Hygienist

I graduated from Diablo Valley College and have been working with the office since 2006.

Sue Gabriel Dental Hygienist

I have been a dental hygienist since 1971, working in various offices as well as a periodontal office before starting here in 1991.

Lily Mayoral Dental Hygienist

My experience in the dental field started in 1995. I was a dental assistant for nine years.

Patti Roberts Dental Hygienist

I have been in this office since 1968, working Saturdays while I was in college, and full time during my summer vacations as a chairside dental assistant.
